Large corporations like Apple love the free publicity they can gain from social networking sites like twitter right? Well Steve Job’s marketing team better think again with their new iPad. It didn’t take long for this youtube video of an old MadTV skit to go viral on twitter yesterday after Apple unveiled their newest  creation the iPad. A giant iPhone with no camera and no phone?  This may come as a shock to you but the iPad also will be running the exact same firmware (aka Operating System) as the iphone. This mean still no HTML embedded flash support (Although that may change soon) and significant features different from your standard ipod touch. Steve Job’s usual confidence was no match for the million of twitter consumers who instantly deemed this device a twitter FAIL. All hope is not lost though, at least this twitter reaction can gives the Apple team to rethink their iMaxipad before an official launch date and hopefully before it is put into full production. Hopefully.
