KANYE WEST x Heineken Red Star All Access GOOD MUSIC EVENT IN BROOKLYN

Kanye West & G.O.O.D. Music Perform In Brooklyn For Heineken Red Star Access – Yeezy was joined by his roster including Kid CuDi, Big Sean, CyHi Da Prynce, Pusha T and Mr. Hudson.

Last night, Kanye West and the G.O.O.D. Music family took over a hollowed bank in Brooklyn, New York for the launch of the Heineken Red Star Access tour.

Offering free brew, soft pretzels and hot dogs to a mix of media and contest winners, the show featured Pusha T, CyHi Da Prynce, Mr. Hudson, Big Sean, Kid CuDi and Q-Tip, who warmed up the crowd with a DJ set before the crew took the stage.

‘Ye served as master of ceremonies, weaving in and out of his roster’s sets by performing their respective collaborations. Opening the show with “Dark Fantasy,” the Chicago, Illinois native, stunting with five gold Jesus pieces draped around his neck, ripped into “POWER” set against two keyboardists and a turntablist, segueing into Pusha T’s brief performance that featured “My God” and a verse from Clipse’s “Grindin.”

CyHi Da Prynce and Mr. Hudson gave pint-sized sets, with the latter performing his singles “Supernova” and “Forever Young,” sans Jay-Z. Big Sean appeared next, bringing powerful energy to cuts like “My Last” and “Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay,” which he and Kanye played for the first time.

Dressed in ripped up jeans and a Pink Floyd t-shirt, Kid CuDi fired up the audience with tracks like “Mojo So Dope” and “Pursuit of Happiness,” joining ‘Ye for “Gorgeous.” Kanye manned the stage for “Flashing Lights,” where he elevated on a platform and soared above tomes of smoke, and took it back to the beginning with renditions of “All Falls Down” and “Through the Wire.”

He brought out the entire G.O.O.D. Music family for “All of the Lights,” taking a brief cessation to throw on a red jacket before returning to coddle the MPC during an encore of “Runaway.” The show ended abruptly, but G.O.O.D. Music was definitely in the building.

*YOUNG SCOOZLE & RICKY

*Q-TIP. He told me earlier in the day he was going to the show, but he didn’t say he would be DJ’ing. I told him “I’m going to throw a hot dog at you for not telling me you were DJ’ing”. He replied “They have hot dogs?” Hahaha.

*PUSHA

*A Kid Named Cudi! So happy for him!

*Miss KERIN ROSE! She is a great partner in crime. When we went to use the ladies room and were greeted by a stupid hot mess of a line, we popped on over to the men’s bathroom to relieve ourselves. Luckily, Ricky was at the front of the line and he let us slide through. Sometimes a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. I assured one gentleman, “Look I dress like a man, but I’m not really a man”. Check the iPhone foto.

*A “heiney” in each hand…

*I laughed so hard when I realized DEE showed up wearing a jacket and no shirt! Excellent!
