Primitive X Justene Jaro – Underwear & Infrareds – As many of you know, The Nike Air Max 90 has become quite the icon since it’s debut in 1990. It is the second running shoe created by Tinker Hatfield that displays a Visible Air Window on it’s exterior. No matter how many times the original Infrared colourway sees a retro release, it’s re-arrival is always welcomed with open arms.

Being huge fans of classic runners, we at Primitive decided to offer a tee to go along with the kicks. We recently caught up with the beautiful & curvaceous JUSTENE JARO to join in the fun. We asked if she was down to pose in underwear & Infrareds, and she was cool with the concept.

Primitive x Justene Jaro Nike Air Max 90 Infrared Interview

1. What’s your full name? Justene Ashley Costelo Jaro 

2. Where were you born? I was born in Tacloban, Philippines, on a small island called Leyte. I have yet to meet anyone from there who isn’t related to me. 

3. What ethnicity are you? I’m Half Filipina, and my mom’s Boricua, Mestisa!

4. How did you get into modeling? My own personal vanity got me taking pics, but the import car world is what first embraced me with open arms.

5. Not only do you have a gorgeous face, but you also possess a frame that breaks necks. What kind of measurements are you working with? 36C (Sometimes 36D, depending on my weight, LOL)-25-37

6. Drink of choice? Baby, if it contains liquor, I’ll sip it! (Laughs)

7. What’s the best Halloween costume you ever had? When I was 4 my mom dressed me as a devil, and as an adult I’ve turned into one

8. Have you ever dated a skateboarder? Yes! I don’t kiss and tell though.

9. Do you cook well? I can microwave a Lean Cuisine or Cup Of Noodles like no other.

10. Do you have any other special talents? Is hoola hooping a special talent?

11.What keeps you in California? The weather! Plus, there’s so many things to keep me occupied. 

12. If you could date any celebrity (past or present), who would it be and why? Mariah Carey. I’d steal her from the loser she’s with now!

13. One of the images from the shoot turned out so good, we may use it as a t-shirt graphic. How’s that grab ya’? Awww man, I’m so excited! Would it be lame for me to wear me?

14. What magazines or videos can we find you in? Hmmmm, plenty… I plan to take over the world.

15. What’s your favorite pair of heels? Anything TALL. I’m 5’5, but when I wear tall shoes I feel like I’m where I’m supposed to be, in the air!  :)

16.What’s your favorite pair of sneakers? Air Max 90′s. Duhhhh! (laughs)

17. What’s an average day Justene outfit? Wife beater, jeans, or spandex… And my hair in a bun. I’m a lazy chick.

18. What’s a "night out on the town" Justene outfit look like? Hot, but I try not to be too scandolous looking. My style is getting a bit more "grown."

19. What’s an ideal date night like? Drinks and lots of laughing. I can sit around all day with someone.  As long as I’m giggling, I’m good! 

20. Any last words? Thank you ever so much for having me! To everyone else, be nice to animals
