Rapper Foxy Brown emerged victorious in court today (July 12th), after a judge dropped a charge against her in relation to her “mooning” case.

A Brooklyn judge dismissed the charge of violating an order of protection, after Foxy Brown’s rival and alleged victim/accuser Arlene Raymond refused to testify against her.

Foxy, born Inga Marchand, was accused of calling Raymond a “dirty b**ch” and mooning her in July of 2010, after Raymond complained about the volume of her music as the rapper practiced for an upcoming show.

The accusations resulted in a variety of charges, most of which were dropped before today’s proceedings

Although Foxy pleaded not guilty to the charges, her lawyer said he was prepared to offer a unique defense if the case had gone to trial.

“On the day [of the alleged mooning incident], she was not wearing any underwear,” Foxy Brown’s lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo told The New York Post, countering Raymond’s claims that Foxy pulled down her panties to flash her bare bottom during the altercation.
